Join in the Hula Hoop Fitness craze and sign up for this one-of-a-kind class in our area!
You will burn 500 calories in an hour while toning your entire core, and most of all have fun in this low-impact hoop work out! Hooping reduces stress, elevates your mood, improves your balance and coordination and increases flexibility. Our class includes waist hooping, beginner hoop dance tricks and a whole lotta cardio!! Weighted handmade (bringtheHoopla) hoops will be provided for the first two classes.
Everyone can hoop. It's just finding your perfect size hoop. And that's exactly what we will do. All levels and abilities welcomed and encouraged to join.
