The Enchanted Castle

Celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Fairfield's annual Halloween event

Come celebrate the Enchanted Castle’s 20th anniversary with its storybook characters Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella, the Little Mermaid, the Pirates of the Caribbean, the Wizard of Oz gang and Candyland!  Children squeal with delight each October as they stroll through this very Magical Storybook Experience held in the Burr Homestead, 739 Old Post Road, October 19-29.

Each and every brilliantly decorated, fantasy filled storybook themed room (seven in all!) and friendly (non-threatening) interactive costumed characters is certain to delight both young and old as you create wonderful family memories. You will be greeted and welcomed by none other than Winnie the Pooh and Tigger too!  The King, his Queen and his Jesters invite you into the Castle for a most memorable enchantment.

Specifically designed for children ages 2-10 years of age, the Auxiliary of Ahlbin Centers for Rehabilitation at Bridgeport Hospital hosts this highly anticipated annual fundraiser and popular community event. This Auxiliary is a non-profit volunteer organization that raises money for the Ahlbin Rehabilitation Centers at Bridgeport Hospital. Funds raised at The Enchanted Castle go directly to the Ahlbin Centers to help with special programs, equipment, therapy and scholarships for their therapists.

Children are encouraged to come in their Halloween costumes and don’t forget to bring a goody bag, as each room has a special treat in store for you! Happy Halloween to all!
